The goal of financial forecasting a project or company is to obtain “would be” scenarios of the financial statements and other reports.

Income statement

Balance sheet
The balance sheet summarizes a company’s assets, liabilities and shareholders’ equity for each forecasting year.

Feasibility analysis
This report presents the calculation of the Free Cash Flow to Firm (FCFF), perpetuity, Net Present Value (NPV) of the project, Internal Rate of Return (IRR) and payback periods.

Displays the yearly growth rate for the following items of the income sheet:

Income statement weights
All income statement items are presented as a percentage of the weight of the net revenue.
Financing plan
Outputs the inflows and outflows of the project’s financing:
- Issued capital
- Other equity instruments
- Shareholders loans
- Debt
Revenue plan
List the estimates of sales of products and services that your project or company will sell.
