3.3. Helpdesk
You can request help from our support team through the helpdesk. There are 4 types of requests that you can make:
- Commercial and plans.
- Invoicing.
- Account and user management.
- Using CASFLO.
To send a request you just need to choose the type of help that you need, write the subject and then detail the issue that you encountered.
If you want, feel free to send any suggestions. CASFLO APP is a new project and any input that you can give us through your suggestions will be well welcomed.
Important: while answering to your technical questions about CASFLO APP, we are only able to help you understand how CASFLO APP works. We cannot and will not help decide which inputs are best and how to interpret the results of the reports.
