5.1.4. Equity value

The ultimate objective of using the FCFE is to identify the equity value. Unlike the use of the FCFF, using FCFE does not require the deduction of debt value, but the non-operational assets were not accounted for in the value generated through the FCFE, so it is necessary to add them.
